      Elizabeth Ann peanut butter, pickle, jam, and pickled veggie glass jars work great! After you’re done eating what’s inside, give them a good wash and you have perfect “mason jars” for free! πŸ‘πŸΌ

      Rhoades Traveled I’d just jar them up, but leave the peanut sauce out until you’re ready to eat! That way nothing will get soggy.

    whats the difference between tofu and tempeh?

      tori wood tempeh is more firm and has a thicker/nuttier taste and texture. To me, tofu takes on flavors you marinate with, better than tempeh:)

    so funny when people think veganism is expensive, lol. went to the store today and got 2 lemons, a zucchini, cilantro, chickpeas, black beans, a pepper & tofu for $7. whereas meat, cheese, & milk would definitely add up to more…? plant-based is the best option for health, ethics, and economics & you feel amazing! ❀

      jade manna true! Although I’ve found that I now buy higher quality food as well (organic and higher quality brands) because I want to get the most out of it and it’s been just a bit more expensive. But I’m sure in the long run it will be just the same if not cheaper!

    Girl you gotta work on that spring roll rolling technique. I recommend not having it so soggy when you start, you only out it in hot water for a couple seconds as it softens up on its on. And perhaps bigger papers?

      Chloe Elizabeth yes hahah I can do it perfectly with the big papers but only had small ones in the cupboard which are hard to work with. They weren’t completely soft when I put it on the bench but by the time I roll it it’s too soft so need to be quick πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
